Richardson Choc O Rich Chocolate Syrup is a rich chocolate flavoured syrup that flows when heated. This syrup has a rich and sweet chocolate flavour and is an ideal topping for ice cream, yogurt, dessert crepes or brownies. Can also be used to decorate profiterolls, cream puffs or cakes. Ready to use when heated to 55 'C (130 'F). Do not overheat. Product will flow freely when pumped or ladled and will solidify and cling to ice cream when served.
