Richardson Deluxe Chocolate Hot Fudge Topping is a deep glossy brown fudge with a rich and sweet chocolate flavour, that flows when heated. This topping is ideal for ice cream, yogurt, dessert crepes or brownies. It can also be used to decorate profiterolls, cream puffs or cakes. Ready to use when heated to 55 'C (130 'F). Do not overheat. Product will flow freely when pumped or ladled and will solidify and cling to ice cream when served.
