Smokehouse BBQ Pulled Pork Signature KRAFT Mac & Cheese

12 servings

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 3 lbs KRAFT Signature Mac & Cheese, thawed
  • 1 lb Smoked Pulled Pork, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Butter, softened
  • 2 1/2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 3/4 cup Bacon Fat, melted
  • 2 tbsp Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Thyme, fresh chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika

LETS MAKE IT

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Stir together Mac & Cheese and smoked pulled pork. Place into a buttered 2 qt. baking dish or 1/2 hotel pan.
  3. Mix together panko bread crumbs, bacon fat, parsley and thyme. Top the Mac & Cheese with panko bread crumb mixture.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Serve immediately.

Asian Honey BBQ Chicken Drumettes

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 1/2 cup HEINZ Ketchup
  • 2 cups BULL'S-EYE Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Chili Sauce
  • 60 Chicken Drumettes, large
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

LETS MAKE IT

  1. Heat deep fryer to 350 F.
  2. Add to a large pot the HEINZ Ketchup, Barbecue Sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey and garlic chili sauce and stir to combine. Simmer for 15 minutes, using low heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Use a paring knife to cut the skin and tendons around the bone at the narrow end of the drumette while the sauce cooks, making sure to cut all the way around the bone to separate the skin cleanly. Push the meat towards the thick end of the drumette after the skin and tendons are cut to shape it into a lollipop shape as much as possible without removing the meat from the bone. Repeat with the rest of the chicken drumettes until all resemble lollipops, with a thick end and a clean bone on the other end.
  4. Place chicken into a large mixing bowl and sprinkle with the salt and pepper, tossing to mix well. Add the cornstarch and toss again well to coat the chicken.
  5. Shake the excess cornstarch from the chicken and fry them in the fryer until crisp and cooked through in the center, about 10 minutes. Drain, briefly and keep in a warm place when all of the chicken has been cooked.
  6. Toss 5 wings in 1/3 cup of the sauce, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve.

BBQ Pulled Pork Loaded Sweet Potato Fries

WHAT YOU NEED

BBQ Pulled Pork
  • 3/4 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/4 cup HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp L&P Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Boneless pork shoulder roast (41/2 lb./2 kg)
Carolina Coleslaw
  • 1 Head Napa cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, small dice
  • 1 Vidalia Onion, finely sliced
  • 2 Carrots, shredded
  • 2 bags ORE-IDA Sweet Potato Fries
  • 8 oz KRAFT Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 2 cups Pulled Pork
  • 1 cup Sweet and Tangy Coleslaw
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 Green Onions, finely sliced
Dressing
  • 1 cup Sugar In The Raw
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 2/3 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1 tsp Celery Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper, Ground
  • 1 cup HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar

LETS MAKE IT

BBQ Pulled Pork: Mix all ingredients except pork until blended. Pour over and evenly coat the pork, place in a slow cooker and cover with lid. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Remove meat from slow cooker, reserving the sauce. Skim and discard fat from reserved sauce. Cut any visible fat from meat; discard. Pull pork into shreds with tongs or gloved hands; return to sauce in slow cooker. Stir to evenly coat pork with sauce and reserve.

Carolina Coleslaw: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, salt, oil, dry mustard, celery seed, pepper, and vinegar. Bring to a simmer until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, cool to room temperature, pour over the vegetables and reserve.

Fries and Assemble: Heat oven to 425°F. Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Spread Sweet Potato Fries onto prepared baking sheet. Bake 40 to 45 min. or until golden brown. Cover with cheese and meat; bake 5 to 6 min. or until cheese is melted and meat is heated through. Top with remaining ingredients.
