Fried Pickle Spears with Spicy Remoulade

10 servings

WHAT YOU NEED

Spicy Remoulade Sauce
  • 4 cups KRAFT Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 fl. oz Mustard, Harvest Ground
  • 1 fl. oz L&P Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Parsley, chopped
  • 2 fl. oz Chives, minced fine
  • 2 fl. oz TAPATIO® Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp SUGAR IN THE RAW
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
Fried Pickle Spears
  • ½ cup Cornmeal
  • 40 Kosher Dill Pickles, (4 per each serving)
  • quartered lengthwise, patted dry with paper towels
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Cornstarch
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 12 oz Cold Beer

LETS MAKE IT

Spicy Remoulade Sauce: Combine all ingredients in stainless steel bowl; mix well to incorporate all ingredients. Cover, label and refrigerate for service.

Fried Pickle Spears
  1. Place cornmeal in shallow dish. Dredge pickle spears in cornmeal and transfer to plate.
  2. Combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and cayenne in large bowl. Slowly whisk in beer until smooth.
  3. Heat oil in large Dutch oven over medium-high heat until 350 (if using a fryer, set to 350°).
  4. Re-whisk batter. Transfer half of pickles to batter. One at a time, remove pickles from batter (allowing excess to drip back into bowl) and fry in hot oil until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Drain pickles on wire rack set on a line sheet pan. Bring oil back to 350 degrees and repeat with remaining pickles. Serve with Spicy Remoulade Sauce.

Sloppy Mac Egg Rolls

16 Servings

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 2 cups Sloppy Joe Filling, thawed
  • 1 cup Kraft Mac & Cheese, thawed
  • 1/3 cup Green onions, minced
  • 1/3 cup Red peppers, 1/8" dice
  • 1/3 cup Bull's Eye Barbecue sauce
  • 16 Egg roll wrappers 4" square
  • 1 cup KRAFT Ranch Dressing

LETS MAKE IT

  1. Thaw sloppy joe filling, empty contents into saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes to thicken. Drain excess liquid and oil from mixture using strainer. Let sit and allow to cool.
  2. Fill each wrapper with 1 tsp Barbecue sauce, 2 tbsp sloppy joe filling and 1 tbsp mac n cheese.
  3. Sprinkle with 1 tsp green onion and 1 tsp red pepper. Roll and seal wrapper.
  4. Deep fry at 350 for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Serve immediately with Ranch dressing.

    Southwest TABASCO® Wing Sauce

    WHAT YOU NEED

    • 1/3 cup Melted Butter
    • 1 cup TABASCO® Wing Sauce
    • 2.5 lbs Chicken wings
    • 2 Fresh limes, juice squeezed
    • 2 oz Fresh chopped cilantro

    LETS MAKE IT

    1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
    2. In a medium bowl mix TABASCO® wing sauce, melted butter, lime juice, and 2 oz chopped cilantro: set aside.
    3. Place Wings in large pan. Bake for approximately 30 minutes turning once.
    4. Toss wings in with bowl mixture until well coated. Serve with KRAFT Ranch and Celery.
