BURGER RECIPES

A.1. Steak Burger

10 servings

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 5 tbsp Butter
  • 2 1/4 lbs Onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup L&P Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 1/2 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/3 cup Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 lb Bleu Cheese
  • 10 Burger Rolls split and toasted
  • 1 tsp 1/2 lb Shredded Lettuce
  • 20 Tomato Slices
  • 1 cup A.1. Thick & Hearty Sauce

LETS MAKE IT

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and browned, about 15 minutes. Add the Worcestershire sauce and continue cooking until the liquid has evaporated. Remove from the heat and hold warm for assembly.
  2. Form the ground meat into 10 equal sized patties and coat with the black pepper
  3. Cook the burgers over medium heat until desired doneness flipping half way through.
  4. During the last 2 minutes of cooking, top each burger with the bleu cheese and allow to melt.
  5. Assemble each burger by placing a cooked cheeseburger onto the bottom half of the roll with a smear of A.1. Thick & Hearty Sauce, top with the cooked onions, shredded lettuce and tomato slices. Cap off with the top half of the roll with a drizzle of A.1. Thick & Hearty Sauce.

Brunch Burger

10 servings

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 1 cup HEINZ Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Espresso Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chipotle in Adobo
  • 3 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 10 KRAFT ChedaSharp Cheese Slices
  • 20 Bacon Slices, cooked
  • 10 Eggs
  • 10 Burger Rolls, split and toasted
  • 10 Bib Lettuce Leaves
  • 20 Tomato Slices

LETS MAKE IT

  1. Blend together the ketchup, espresso powder, chipotle and hold for assembly.
  2. Form the ground meat into 10 equal sized patties.
  3. Cook the burgers over medium heat until desired doneness flipping half way through.
  4. During the last 2 minutes of cooking, top each burger with a slice of cheese and allow to melt.
  5. While the burgers finish cooking, cook the eggs over easy and hold for assembly.
  6. Assemble each sandwich by placing a cooked cheeseburger onto the bottom half of the roll top with 2 slices of cooked bacon, a fried egg, lettuce and tomato slices. Cap off with the top half of the roll with a smear of the espresso ketchup.

    Moroccan Turkey Burger with Harissa Ketchup

    10 servings

    WHAT YOU NEED

    • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
    • 1/2 lb Red Pepper, sliced
    • 1/2 lb Onion, sliced
    • 3 1/2 lbs Ground Turkey
    • 1/2 cup KRAFT Mayonnaise
    • 2 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
    • 2 1/2> tsp Ground Coriander
    • 2 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 2 1/2 tsp Paprika
    • 1 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
    • 2 /2 tsp Garlic, minced
    • 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
    • 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
    • 1 lb Feta Cheese, sliced
    • 10 Burger Buns, toasted
    • 10 Bib Lettuce Leaves
    Harissa Ketchup:
    • 1 1/4 cups HEINZ Ketchup
    • 1 1/2 tbsp Harissa Paste
    • 1 tbsp Cilantro, chopped

    LETS MAKE IT

    1. Heat a large pan to medium high. Add the olive oil, sliced peppers and onions and cook while occasionally stirring for 15 minutes until the pepper and onions have softened and caramelized. Hold for service.
    2. While the peppers and onions are cooking, prepare the veggie burgers: In a large bowl, add the turkey, mayonnaise, cumin, coriander, salt, paprika, cinnamon, garlic, parsley and breadcrumbs. Mix until well blended. Form the mixture into equal sized patties. Cook the patties in a pan coated with olive oil over medium heat, until cooked through, about 5 minutes on each side (internal temp. should read 165$). During the last 2 minutes of cooking top each burger with the feta cheese to soften.
    3. For the harissa ketchup: Mix together the ketchup, harissa paste and cilantro.
    4. Assemble the burgers by topping the bottom half of the bun with the harissa ketchup, a cooked turkey feta burger, sautéed peppers/onions, lettuce and the top half of the bun with a smear of harissa ketchup.

    Buffalo Chicken Taquitos with Cilantro Lime Crema

    24 servings

    WHAT YOU NEED

    • 8 oz PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup KRAFT Ranch Dressing
    • 1/2 cup TABASCO' Wing Sauce
    • 1tsp Chili Powder
    • 3 cups Shredded Cooked Chicken Breast
    • 1cup KRAFT ChedaSharp Shredded Cheese
    • 24 8" Flour Tortillas
    • 1 cup KRAFT Mayonnaise
    • 1 1/2 cups Sour Cream
    • 2 Limes, Juice and Zest
    • 2 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
    • 3/4 tsp Salt

    LETS MAKE IT

    1. Heat fryer to 350'F.
    2. Combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce and chili powder and mix until smooth.
    3. Add the shredded chicken and cheese. Mix until well combined.
    4. Place 2 heaping tbsp of the mixture down the edge of each tortilla and tightly roll. Secure each with toothpicks.
    5. Fry taquitos in batches until crispy and golden brown. Drain on paper towels and remove toothpicks.
    6. Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, zest, cilantro and salt.

    Stuffed Cheeseburger Pizza

    12 servings

    WHAT YOU NEED

    • 2 20 oz Pizza Dough Ball
    • 5 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    • 5 oz KRAFT ChedaSharp Cheese Shreds
    • 8 oz Cooked Ground Beef
    • 1/2 cup Onion, diced
    • 48 HEINZ Pickle Slices
    • 1/3 cup HEINZ Ketchup
    • 1/4 cup HEINZ Yellow Mustard
    • 6 KRAFT American Cheese Slices, cut in half

    LETS MAKE IT

    1. Coat a 16" Pizza pan with oil.
    2. Stretch a 20oz dough ball to 16" to edge of pan.
    3. Cover pizza with shredded cheeses.
    4. Place diced white onion evenly around pie.
    5. Place HEINZ Pickle Slices around pizza.
    6. Evenly squeeze HEINZ Ketchup and mustard over the pan pizza.
    7. Stretch another dough aprox.15" and place formed dough over contents of pan.
    8. Carefully mold top dough over bottom pan and seal edges firmly
    9. Place pizza in oven for 6 to 61/2 min. at 500 degrees. (May need a little more time in oven)
    10. Remove pizza from oven and place KRAFT American Cheese around pizza and cut into 12 slices.
    11. (Optional) Drizzle HEINZ Honeyracha evenly on top.

      Flashy Fried Crispy Chicken Sliders

      12 servings / 3 sliders per serving

      WHAT YOU NEED

      • 36 2oz Breaded Chicken Breast Tenders
      • 12 oz Country Smoked Ham, carved
      • 36 Sesame Seed Slider Buns, cut
      • 3/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
      • 3/4 cup HEINZ Honeyracha Sauce
      • 3/4 cup BULL'S-EYE Hickory Barbecue Sauce
      Kool-Aid Pickles
      • 36 HEINZ Dill Pickle Crinkle Cut Slices
      • 2 cups Pickle Juice, reserved from packaging
      • 1/4 cup Tropical Fruit Punch KOOL-AID powdered mix
      HEINZ Cider Vinegar Slaw
      • 1/2 cup HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
      • 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
      • 2 tbsp Honey, (or more, depending on sweetness)
      • 1 tbsp GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
      • 1/2 tsp Celery Seed
      • 1/4tsp Coarse Salt
      • 1/4tsp Cracked Black Pepper
      • 3 cups Cabbage Cole Slaw Mix

      In a small non-reactive bowl, combine reserved pickle juice & KOOL-AID powder, whisk until fully dissolved. Add pickle slices. Refrigerate overnight.

      In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, celery seed, salt and pepper to create dressing. Add the cabbage slaw mix, toss until dressing is well incorporated. Keep refrigerated.

      LETS MAKE IT

      1. Pre-heat deep fryer to 350°F.
      2. Fry chicken tenders until internal temp is 165°F and golden brown.
      3. For one serving (3 slider sandwiches): Place slider buns cut-side up onto clean workspace.
        All-American: spread with 2 tbsp BULL'S-EYE Hickory Barbecue Sauce. Top with leach crispy chicken tender and '/4 cup of HEINZ Vinegar slaw. Top with slider bun crown.
        Country Road: spread cut sides of slider bun with 2 tbsp GREY POUPON Mustard. Top with leach crispy chicken tender and 1 oz of carved country smoked ham. Top with slider bun crown.
        Hurricane Chicken: spread cut sides of slider bun with 2 tbsp HEINZ Honeyracha Sauce. Top with leach crispy chicken tender and 3 slices of KOOL-AID pickles. Top with slider bun crown.
      4. Arrange the 3 chicken sliders onto a warm serving plate. If desired, serve with additional sauce on the side for dipping. Serve immediately.

      WHAT YOU NEED

      • 1 1/3 cup PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese softened

      • 2 lbs Beef Skirt Steak To Taste Sea Salt To Taste Black pepper, ground

      • 1 dozen Spinach Tortilla Wrarss,12" rounds
      • 1 1/2 cups KRAFT ChedaSharp American Cheese. Shredded
      • 3 cups Green Onions, sliced
      • 1 1/2 cups Plum Tomatoes. seeded. diced

      LETS MAKE IT

      1. Pre-heat the char-grill to medium-high heat.
      2. Mix the PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese and Al. Steak Sauce until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
      3. Season the beef skirt steaks with salt and pepper. Grill steaks for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until cooked to desired doneness. Let beef stand 2 minutes to rest Cut the beef across the grain into thin slices.
      4. For each serving:
        Heat 1 tbsp of the reserved bacon fat in small skillet on medium-high heat Add two seasoned and beaten eggs to skillet and cook until fluffy. stirring occasionally Spread 1 tortilla with 2 tbsp of the cream cheese mixture. Top with cooked eggs. 2 tbsp KRAFT ChedaSharp American Cheese shreds. 2 tbsp green onions and 2 tbsp diced tomatoes, 2 bacon slices and 2' S oz cooked and sliced steak. Roll stuffed tortilla tightly. Cut in half diagonally and serve immediately.

      Cream Cheese Toast with Portabella Mushroom Bacon

      WHAT YOU NEED

      • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
      • 2 tbsp HEINZ Ketchup
      • 1 tbsp HEINZ CKSer Vinegar
      • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
      • 1/2 tsp Salt
      • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
      • 1 lb Portabela Mushroom Caps. sliced 1/8" thick

      1. 1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
      2. 2. In a large bowl. mix together the oil. ketchup. cider vinegar. paprika. salt and black pepper. 3. Add in the mushroom slices and gently toss to coat evenly. 4. Lay the mushrooms out on an oven proof cooling rack over top a baking sheet. 5. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until desired crispness and then hold for service. 6. To order. toast the bread slices. 7. Spread 2 heaping tablespoons of the softened cheese onto each slice of toast. 8. Top each slice of cream cheese toast with S slices mushroom bacon. 8 tomato halves. '2 teaspoon chives and a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning.

      Smokehouse BBQ Pulled Pork Signature KRAFT Mac & Cheese

      12 servings

      WHAT YOU NEED

      • 3 lbs KRAFT Signature Mac & Cheese, thawed
      • 1 lb Smoked Pulled Pork, shredded
      • 2 tbsp Butter, softened
      • 2 1/2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
      • 3/4 cup Bacon Fat, melted
      • 2 tbsp Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped
      • 1 tsp Thyme, fresh chopped
      • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika

      LETS MAKE IT

      1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
      2. Stir together Mac & Cheese and smoked pulled pork. Place into a buttered 2 qt. baking dish or 1/2 hotel pan.
      3. Mix together panko bread crumbs, bacon fat, parsley and thyme. Top the Mac & Cheese with panko bread crumb mixture.
      4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Serve immediately.

      Asian Honey BBQ Chicken Drumettes

      12 servings

      WHAT YOU NEED

      • 1/2 cup HEINZ Ketchup
      • 2 cups BULL'S-EYE Barbecue Sauce
      • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
      • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
      • 1 cup Honey
      • 1 tbsp Garlic Chili Sauce
      • 60 Chicken Drumettes, large
      • 2 tsp Salt
      • 1 tsp Black Pepper
      • 2 cups Cornstarch
      • 1 1/2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

      LETS MAKE IT

      1. Heat deep fryer to 350 F.
      2. Add to a large pot the HEINZ Ketchup, Barbecue Sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey and garlic chili sauce and stir to combine. Simmer for 15 minutes, using low heat, stirring occasionally.
      3. Use a paring knife to cut the skin and tendons around the bone at the narrow end of the drumette while the sauce cooks, making sure to cut all the way around the bone to separate the skin cleanly. Push the meat towards the thick end of the drumette after the skin and tendons are cut to shape it into a lollipop shape as much as possible without removing the meat from the bone. Repeat with the rest of the chicken drumettes until all resemble lollipops, with a thick end and a clean bone on the other end.
      4. Place chicken into a large mixing bowl and sprinkle with the salt and pepper, tossing to mix well. Add the cornstarch and toss again well to coat the chicken.
      5. Shake the excess cornstarch from the chicken and fry them in the fryer until crisp and cooked through in the center, about 10 minutes. Drain, briefly and keep in a warm place when all of the chicken has been cooked.
      6. Toss 5 wings in 1/3 cup of the sauce, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve.

      BBQ Pulled Pork Loaded Sweet Potato Fries

      WHAT YOU NEED

      BBQ Pulled Pork
      • 3/4 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
      • 1/4 cup HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
      • 1 tbsp L&P Worcestershire Sauce
      • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
      • 1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
      • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
      • 1 Boneless pork shoulder roast (41/2 lb./2 kg)
      Carolina Coleslaw
      • 1 Head Napa cabbage, finely shredded
      • 1 Red Bell Pepper, small dice
      • 1 Vidalia Onion, finely sliced
      • 2 Carrots, shredded
      • 2 bags ORE-IDA Sweet Potato Fries
      • 8 oz KRAFT Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
      • 2 cups Pulled Pork
      • 1 cup Sweet and Tangy Coleslaw
      • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
      • 1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
      • 2 Green Onions, finely sliced
      Dressing
      • 1 cup Sugar In The Raw
      • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
      • 2/3 cup Vegetable Oil
      • 1 tsp Dry Mustard
      • 1 tsp Celery Seeds
      • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper, Ground
      • 1 cup HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar

      LETS MAKE IT

      BBQ Pulled Pork: Mix all ingredients except pork until blended. Pour over and evenly coat the pork, place in a slow cooker and cover with lid. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Remove meat from slow cooker, reserving the sauce. Skim and discard fat from reserved sauce. Cut any visible fat from meat; discard. Pull pork into shreds with tongs or gloved hands; return to sauce in slow cooker. Stir to evenly coat pork with sauce and reserve.

      Carolina Coleslaw: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, salt, oil, dry mustard, celery seed, pepper, and vinegar. Bring to a simmer until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, cool to room temperature, pour over the vegetables and reserve.

      Fries and Assemble: Heat oven to 425°F. Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Spread Sweet Potato Fries onto prepared baking sheet. Bake 40 to 45 min. or until golden brown. Cover with cheese and meat; bake 5 to 6 min. or until cheese is melted and meat is heated through. Top with remaining ingredients.

      Breakfast Mac & Cheese

      WHAT YOU NEED

      • 1 1/4 lbs Bulk Breakfast Sausage
      • 2/3 cup Red Pepper, diced
      • 2/3 cup Green Pepper, diced
      • 2/3 cup Onion, diced 1/2 lb Ham, diced
      • 10 cup KRAFT Mac & Cheese
      • 10 Large Eggs
      • 1/2 cup KRAFT ChedaSharp Shreds

      LETS MAKE IT

      1. In a large pan over medium heat, cook the sausage, peppers and onions until the sausage has crumbled and cooked through and the peppers and onions have softened.
      2. Add the diced ham and Mac & Cheese and hold for service.
      3. Preheat oven to 350 F.
      4. Divide the Mac & Cheese into oven proof dishes and bake as needed for about 20 minutes or until heated through.
      5. While the Mac & Cheese is baking, cook an egg as desired.
      6. Top the Mac & Cheese with the cooked egg and the shredded cheese and continue to bake until the cheese has melted.

      Cajun Meatloaf Stack with Bourbon Glaze

      10 servings

      WHAT YOU NEED

      Bourbon Glaze:
      • 2 1/2 cups HEINZ Ketchup
      • 1/2 cup Apricot Preserves
      • 1/2 cup Bourbon Whiskey
      • 1/4 cup TABASCO'' Wing Sauce
      • 1/4 cup Water
      Meatloaf:
      • 1 cup Green Pepper, diced
      • 1 cup Onion, diced
      • 1 cup Celery, diced
      • 1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
      • 3 Eggs
      • 1/3 cup Whole Milk
      • 1/2 cup HEINZ Ketchup
      • 10 slices Garlic Toast
      • 7 1/2 cups Mashed Potatoes
      • 2 1/2 cups Crispy Onion Straw
      • 3 lbs Lean Ground Beef
      • 2 cups Breadcrumbs
      • 3 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
      • 1 tbsp L&P Worchestshire Sauce
      • 12 slices Bacon

      LETS MAKE IT

      Bourbon Glaze: In a small pot add the ketchup, apricot preserves, bourbon whiskey, TABASCO' wing sauce and water. Bring to a boil and hold warm.
      Meatloaf:
      1. Preheat oven to 375'F.
      2. Place the peppers, onions, celery, garlic, eggs, milk and 'A cup ketchup into the base of a blender or food processor and blend to make a slurry.
      3. Place the ground beef into a large bowl. Add the slurry mixture, breadcrumbs, Cajun seasoning and Worcestershire sauce and mix until blended well.
      4. Spray a sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray and form the meat mixture into a loaf on the sheet pan and spread with 'A cup of the bourbon glaze.
      5. Wrap the bacon slices around the loaf, tucking the ends under the bottom. Brush another 1/4 cup of the glaze over the bacon.
      6. Bake for about 11/2 hours or until an internal temperature of 160'F.
      To serve: Slice the meatloaf into 10 portions. Place a meatloaf slice on top of a slice of warm garlic toast. Top with a drizzle on bourbon glaze, a mound of mashed potatoes, another drizzle of bourbon glaze and finish with the onion straws.

      Cauliflower Tots with Chipotle Dipping Sauce

      10 servings (8 per serving)

      WHAT YOU NEED

      • 2/3 cup HEINZ Ketchup
      • 2/3 cup KRAFT Mayonnaise
      • 2 1/2 tbsp Chipotle in Adobo
      • 10 cups Riced Cauliflower, steamed
      • 5 Large Eggs, beaten
      • 2 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
      • 2 1/2 cups KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
      • 2 cups Panko Breadcrumbs
      • 5 tbsp Fresh Chives, chopped
      • 1 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
      • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

      LETS MAKE IT

      1. Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing together the ketchup, mayonnaise and chipotle in adobo. Hold for service.
      2. In a large bowl combine the cooked cauliflower, eggs, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, chives, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
      3. Roll 1 tbsp portions of the cauliflower mixture into tot shaped pieces.
      4. To order, deep fry the tots until golden brown and then drain onto paper towels.
      5. Serve with a side of the chipotle sauce for dipping.
